Well I am finally catching up on my month! Yeah! March has been a nice month it has been getting nicer outside so we have been taking walks with Kelly and Jonathan, of course Abbey wears her cute sunglasses and keeps them on for the whole walk. Abbey also started eating baby food she loves everything so far. Since her 6 month appointment she has had carrots, sweet potatoes and peas. Next we are going to try squash. Then we will move onto fruit. At her 6 month appointment she weighed in at 11lb 8oz so she is slowly getting bigger. The day after that appointment we went to the ENT doctor to have her right ear tested again and to have another checkup and she did not pass the hearing test. So Dr. Rimell decided that he wanted to put tubes in her ears and also check to see if the blockage from her heart artery pushing on her trachea is any better. So this is going to happen on April 10th. We will know more or if he thinks he should do surgery after that appointment so we will keep you posted.
March 13
So far Abbey has eaten carrots, sweet potatoes, peas and apple sweet potatoes, and she has loved all of them. I am going to try beans and squash next. Then we will move onto fruit and I am sure she will love those too! Here are some pictures of her eating peas for the first time. And then later on that evening she helped me open a bottle of wine! We also let her gum a carrot too she loved it and she drooled all over Daddy's fingers! Yum!

Happy St. Patrick's Day yesterday! We had a fun day, we went and hung out with Jen and Baby Lucas who is one week old! (He will be bigger than Abbey in no time) We went to lunch and then met some more of our friends at Jen & Jordan's house. It was a good time. Abbey was all dressed up in her St. Patrick's Day t-shirt and of course so cute! There are some cute pictures of Daddy reading to Abbey she loved it and a few of her sleeping in her swing I don't know how that can be comfortable. Oh and in the last picture I think she had enough! :)
